It is a Swiss/Canadian duo that inhabit the African Ghost Valley. Their latest full length offering, EKE, unfolds with sharp, short blasts of concrete sound culled from the wilderness of a deep Dadaist nightmare. They speak a broken language of obliterated electronic shrapnel mixed with the debris of a haunted ancestral city. Uneasy listening calling to mind Illusion of Safety or even the New Blockaders, with just a few moments of serenity. In African Ghost Valley, music listens to you.

Artist notes:
“This release can be taken as a flight through a cloudy sky and also a deep underground exploration a bit like being inside the head of a mole or a prisoner who would like to escape somewhere, a cavern, kind of an ancestral feeling... We tried to record and give sense to many concrete sounds we are playing with that way... Our music is made of Sci.Fi views and also prehistoric feeling, wilderness... Human presence is really rare if you notice... And we wait for the sounds to tell us the story when after we recorded we listen to, sitting together and letting the story come to us..."
